MJ-V-4L/5L/6L (225/230/260 ) paper machinery is the fold machine for the production of V- fold rectangular towels,The jumbo rolls which have been slitted into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders, and then inter folded into interoverlap ped V-fold towels.The machine are controlled by PLC and LCD touch screen control panel,and it can be monitored the operation situation by the modem . With timing belt and gearbox transmission, which can meet the need for variable raw material, highly improved the quality and efficiency.
Main features:
1. Equipped with steel to steel embossing rolls, pneumatically paper separate.
2. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, stepless speed adjustment.
3. Equipped with Roots Type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine.
4. Various products width available. (To be equipped with dot-slitting or full slitting)
5. Variable tension control for stable running at high speed.
6. Edge controlling system according to the customer's requirement.
7. Automatic machine stop when paper break or run out off.
8. With jog button on the front and back for threading paper, easier and safer.
